Hey guys! :] So here goes!
I fully agree with Felicia on the fact that junior year is much tougher than I had expected. Sometimes, I'm just so unbelievably overwhelmed with both academic and friendship (peer pressure?) stress. Other times, I can feel really lost, I guess? It's kind of tough to know what decisions to make--prioritizing, basically.
On academics: Tough..the material goes so in-depth. I'm struggling especially in chemistry; the problem could be my degree of motivation. So much to learn, so little time. To those (Felicia & Ben) who are taking the SAT this Saturday, good luck! Don't last-minute-cram, do sleep early, and do eat healthy that morning (well, eat healthy all the time). Make sure to be confident! :]
On friendships: Always tough, possibly even tougher than academics. It's difficult to keep up often with our busy schedules. A lot of times these days, I'd much rather stay inside to just think or eat. It's absolutely not because I'd rather stay in isolation (Transcendentalist style, yo!) but more so because of the peace and quiet. It's fun to be silly (and serious..either or) with friends and it's always nice to have a deep talks. Hope we will all persevere on this! :p
On faith: I feel my faith diminishing sometimes, hopefully not due to the influence of others. Perhaps it's out of laziness that I'm lacking in faith. All these debates about God? Maybe I shouldn't be having them. I talked to Donald and he said that we should not witness by debating but rather by actually saying something worthy to be heard about God. I would like to help save friends.
Ben, good signature. Drugs are definitely unacceptable. Good luck on the SATs! Oh and Hello Kitty is soo 5 years ago xP (just kidding; Hello Kitty is lovable to all ages..)
Felicia, I hope that you'll feel better about life & academics in general! Good luck on the SATs--never lose hope :] Good luck on the phys midterm too. Study hard!
Lisa, no post yet :[ But that's okay. Good luck to you on the phys midterm as well!
God bless & best regards,
Lily :]
